You will play a critical role in driving recruitment strategies and enhancing the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to on boarding.
• Utilize recruitment metrics to refine hiring strategies and improve processes.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Promote We Are Fiber’s employer brand to attract top talent.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless on boarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with employment laws and hiring regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in recruiting for multilingual or international organizations.
• Knowledge of recruiting tools.
• Fluency in English.
