As a Budgeting and Reporting Senior Specialist, you will assist the Head of Planning and Controlling with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis activities. Your role will support the finance team in maintaining accurate and timely financial records, ensuring the company’s financial integrity and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reporting packages and management presentations based on the Group’s business activities.
• Monitor the performance of Group companies against budgets, analyze variances, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure the accuracy of accounting entries and their alignment with budget guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting and strengthen internal controls.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify inefficiencies and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Support system improvements and process enhancements to optimize financial operations.
• Maintain a detailed database for accurate and efficient data retrieval across departments.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, with strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and accounting principles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in budgeting and reporting, with a focus on accurate financial analysis and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
• Experience with SQL for data querying and reporting.
• Strong ability to analyze and organize large datasets.
• Proficiency in report building and variance analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Logical thinker with the ability to provide clear recommendations.
• Familiarity with system integration processes to streamline financial operations.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for reporting and visualization is a plus.
