We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Data Analyst & Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently with data, building insightful reports and dashboards, and developing automated solutions to improve internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, clean, transform, and interpret data to support business decisions.

• Create, maintain, and optimize reports and interactive dashboards.

• Automate recurring tasks and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Develop and maintain data workflows using Python, Excel, Power Query, and Google tools.

• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline internal data processes.

• Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal reporting tools and web-based applications.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Python

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel

  • Power Query

  • Google Sheets

  • Google Apps Script

  • Power BI

  • Looker

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and process automation.

• Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

Experience with Next.js, web development, or similar technologies would be considered a strong advantage, as the role may also involve contributing to the development and enhancement of internal reporting tools and web applications.
