As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function and support the strategic development of our people operations.

Role Overview

As Head of HR, you will oversee all HR functions and lead a team of four professionals, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving excellence in administrative processes, payroll, contracts, and employee lifecycle management. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and be a trusted advisor to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the HR department, including administration, employee documentation, and internal processes.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in contracts, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.

Manage and oversee payroll operations, coordinating with Finance and external providers.

Facilitate relocation processes for incoming talent, including housing, logistics, and legal documentation.

Maintain and improve internal HR policies aligned with Albanian labor law and organizational goals.

Act as the point of contact for labor inspections and legal compliance.

Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and high performance.

Generate and present periodic HR reports to the CEO and executive team.

Requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) in an HR leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of Albanian labor law, payroll processes, and employment contracts.

Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.

Proficiency in HR tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
