Position Summary

We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on Head of Data & Analytics to lead the strategic use of data across the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, using data to uncover opportunities, streamline operations, and elevate customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact leadership role at the core of our digital and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead We Are Fiber’s enterprise data and analytics strategy in alignment with executive goals.
• Architect and scale robust data infrastructure using tools such as Airbyte, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
• Build and oversee a high-performing team of data professionals (analysts, engineers, BI specialists).
• Drive automation and analytical solutions using Python for performance optimization and predictive modeling.
• Lead development of comprehensive dashboards and data visualization tools in Power BI to provide executives and stakeholders with real-time insights.
• Ensure accessible, reliable data sources for operations, finance, marketing, and customer service using tools like Google Sheets when appropriate.
• Establish data governance frameworks, ensuring quality, compliance, and ethical use of data.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, presenting findings and recommendations that support company growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing a team.
• Deep expertise in SQL, PostgreSQL, Python, and ETL tools such as Airbyte.
• Proven success in building and deploying BI dashboards, especially in Power BI.
• Strong familiarity with Google Sheets as a collaborative data and reporting tool.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect technical execution with business outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a high-growth or tech-driven environment.
• Understanding of telecommunications industry metrics and challenges.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehouse solutions (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS).
