WAF Dev is looking for highly analytical and motivated individuals to join our on-site team as AMS (Application Management Services) Specialists. This role is part of a strategic international project with one of our key partners in Italy.

What is AMS?

Application Management Services (AMS) refers to the ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of software applications after they have been deployed. As an AMS Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring applications run smoothly, issues are resolved efficiently, and performance is continuously improved.

This position is ideal for candidates with an educational or professional background in exact sciences such as mathematics, engineering, computer science, or technology, and who have fluent Italian language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional and technical support for business applications.

Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot incidents and service requests.

Collaborate closely with the Italian partner team to resolve issues and ensure service quality.

Document procedures, update knowledge bases, and maintain system records.

Assist in improving existing processes and proposing optimizations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other exact sciences.

Strong logical and problem-solving abilities.

Fluency in Italian (B2–C1 level or higher) – both spoken and written.

Willingness to work full-time on-site at our Tirana office.

Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Nice to Have:

Previous experience in AMS, IT support, or software/application environments.

Basic knowledge of databases, ticketing tools, or programming languages.

Good command of English is considered a plus.
