We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand voice, grow our online presence, engage our audience, and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

Create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, captions, etc.)

Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools

Monitor analytics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and optimize accordingly

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to engage with the community

Collaborate with the marketing, design, and recruitment teams to align content with campaigns

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Coordinate with influencers or partners for promotional campaigns when needed

Prepare monthly reports and insights for management

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and trends

Strong content creation skills (visual, written, and storytelling)

Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer)

Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express)

Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable strategies

Excellent communication and copywriting skills

Fluency in [required language(s)]

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
