Junior Developer – Python & RPA (UiPath)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Developer – Python & RPA (UiPath) to join our growing automation team. This role primarily focuses on Python-based automation and backend development, with additional responsibilities in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath.

The ideal candidate has strong Python fundamentals, hands-on experience with automation frameworks, and a solid understanding of databases. UiPath knowledge is important, but strong Python skills are the primary requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts and backend solutions

  • Build and manage browser automation using Selenium or Playwright

  • Design, develop, and support RPA workflows using UiPath

  • Integrate systems via APIs and automate data exchange between platforms

  • Work extensively with databases (writing queries, managing data, optimization)

  • Develop data processing and transformation scripts

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities

  • Maintain documentation for automation processes and workflows

  • Use Git or other version control systems to manage codebase

Required Skills & Qualifications

Primary Requirement (Mandatory):

  • Strong knowledge of Python, particularly in automation and/or backend development

  • Experience with Selenium or Playwright for browser automation

Technical Requirements:

  • Solid experience with SQL and relational databases

  • Basic to intermediate experience with UiPath (RPA development)

  • Understanding of APIs (RESTful services), automation workflows, and data handling

  • Knowledge of data structures, error handling, and debugging techniques

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

  • Understanding of software development best practices
