RPA Developer (Mid–Senior Level)

We are looking to initiate the hiring process for a talented and experienced RPA Developer (Mid–Senior level) to join our growing team. If you are passionate about automation and eager to work on impactful projects, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using RPA tools

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation

  • Build, test, and deploy scalable automation workflows

  • Maintain and optimize existing RPA solutions

  • Manage orchestration processes, queues, and exception handling

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient automation delivery

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (mandatory)

  • Solid understanding of RPA best practices and process automation methodologies

  • Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain automation workflows

  • Experience with orchestration, queues, and exception handling

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python (considered a strong plus)
